All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days to the United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Simply email us at support@dailyvibe.shop to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@dailyvibe.shop with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
